The Navagraha Religious & Charitable Trust respects the privacy of everyone who visits this website or writes to us. This page explains what information we receive and how we use it.
What we receive
- Enquiries. When you send an enquiry, we receive the name, email address, phone number, enquiry type and message you enter in the form.
- Donations. Donations are made by bank transfer or UPI directly to the Trust. We do not collect card or bank details on this website. If you share a transaction reference with us, we use it to acknowledge your contribution and issue a receipt.
- Correspondence. If you email or call the Trust office, we keep that correspondence for as long as it is needed to respond to you.
How we use it
We use what you share only to respond to your enquiry, to acknowledge and receipt donations and to keep you informed about seva, programmes or events you have asked about. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
Who else sees it
Your information is handled by the Trust office. It is shared outside the Trust only where the law requires it — for example, in the Trust’s statutory and tax records.
Cookies and third parties
This website does not set its own advertising or tracking cookies. Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and the contact page shows an embedded Google Map. These services may receive your IP address and may set cookies under Google’s own privacy policy.

You may ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop sending you updates. Write to contact@navagrahasevatrust.com or call +91 94471 27881.
